EXCHANGE POLICY

At BELUCIQ, we are committed to delivering premium fragrances in perfect condition. Every order is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with an exchange under the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange requests are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transit.
  • Broken or leaking bottle upon delivery.
  • Incorrect product received.

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A complete unboxing video (mandatory)

3. Verification Process

Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will initiate the exchange process immediately.

4. Exchange Delivery

Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A similar product of equal value, or
  • Store Credit.

5. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us.

If you are not satisfied with the fragrance, you may contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order.

After reviewing your request, BELUCIQ will provide you with a 50% OFF Coupon for your next purchase.

Terms:

  • Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide your Order ID.
  • The coupon is valid on one product only.
  • The next order must be Prepaid.
  • The coupon is valid for one-time use only.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other coupon or promotion.
  • No refund or exchange will be provided for fragrance preference.

6. Exchange is Not Applicable If

Exchange or replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used.
  • No unboxing video is available.
  • Damage occurred after delivery.
  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product was mishandled by the customer.
